Folks, this is the real deal! For decdes, we used Montana Sapphire hard wheat flour made by ConAgra, but the product disappeared from the marketplace many years ago. I’m so glad we found this replacement–it tastes exactly like the ConAgra product we knew and loved. Highly recommend.

This is the real deal, folks! We used to buy conAgra’s Montana Sapphire hard wheat flour for decades before it was mysteriously removed from the shelves and became unavailable anywhere, but Ashery’s Occident RG Sapphire replacement tastes exactly the same as what we used to buy. We baked up a batch of hamburger buns over the weekend and enjoyed the familiar flavor we have missed for several years. So glad I found this product!
