I use this instead of the fancy boxes at a fraction of the cost. I store in a clean mason jar. I change up the directions by adding 1 1/4 cups water to 1/4 cup farina in a microwaveable bowl. I stir and microwave 1 minute, stirring between cycles, to desired doneness. This is an option when I’m short on time or staying in a hotel room with a microwave but no stove. Do yourself a favor and buy the same product without all the packaging.
